Indian soldier kills three colleagues in held Kashmir

An Indian soldier shot dead his three colleagues before attempting to shoot himself in Udhampur district of occupied Kashmir on Thursday.

Ajit Kumar, a Central Reserve Police Force’s soldier, opened fire on his colleagues, at the battalion unit in Battal Ballian area of the district, Sourcesreported.

The killed troops were identified as Head Constables Pokermal, Yogendra Sharma and Umed Singh.

Following the incident, Indian troops have launched a massive cordon and search operation in Bandipora and Baramulla districts.

Indian troops have cordoned off the area and started house-to-house searches. All the entry and exit points have also been sealed.
