Engineer Amir Muqam, the Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan, extended a warm welcome to the Pakistani students upon their arrival at Islamabad airport.

During a media interview, the minister stated that Prime Minister Shhebaz Sharif promptly implemented measures to safeguard Pakistani students following the tragedy, personally overseeing the situation.

Amir Muqam expressed his concern for the students’ welfare and assured that the government of Pakistan will offer comprehensive support to those who wish to come back to the nation.

The minister disclosed that additional flights will repatriate the students to their native country.

Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar has stated that the Pakistani government is maintaining regular communication with the administration of Kyrgyzstan to guarantee the secure repatriation of Pakistani students.

He addressed journalists at Allama Iqbal International Airport in Lahore upon the arrival of the students returning from Kyrgyzstan.
