Pakistan is making progress, according to Federal Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb, since the economy is headed in the right direction and reforms have raised tax revenues.
The government is implementing fundamental changes in every sector of the economy, according to Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb, Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue, who was speaking at a seminar in Islamabad.
He said, a Complete Plan has been prepared for Right Sizing and right Sizing will be Done only after looking at all the issues of the Institutions.
He stated that the team led by Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif is dedicated to achieving economic stability.
“The government is taking steps to reduce government expenditure and make the privatization process more transparent,” the minister stated.
We have a clear understanding of our economic objectives, the finance minister stated.
According to him, provincial governments are focusing on agricultural taxes, and the policy rate is steadily declining.
Investors and the business community are benefiting from the policy rate reduction, according to Muhammad Aurangzeb.
According to him, the nation cannot afford excessive subsidies and concessions.
The finance minister added that they were working on the application of AI across a number of industries and adopting proactive measures to boost growth.
