Bilawal emphasizes the close human linkages between the US and Pakistan.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, the chairman of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), said Friday that the United States and Pakistan should improve their people-to-people relations.

Speaking to Pakistani media representatives in Washington, Mr. Bhutto Zardari, who is presently in the United States at the request of US President Donald Trump, discussed the National Prayer Breakfast event.

During his interaction with journalists there, Mr.Bhutto Zardari mentioned that he had important meetings with American officials and leaders from around the world at the National Prayer Breakfast event.

Speaking about the National Prayer Breakfast event in the U.S, he said the event was attended by prominent personalities from all over the world, and the U.S. President delivered a speech there.

Mr. Bhutto Zardari also gave a speech at the National Prayer Breakfast earlier in Washington.

He emphasized that religion should be utilized to bring people together rather than to drive them apart and that Pakistan and the United States should strengthen their people-to-people ties.

Speaking at the National Prayer Breakfast in Washington, he described the occasion as a fantastic chance for interfaith harmony.

He also had meetings with members of Congress, but as he is no longer the foreign minister, all the meetings were held in a personal capacity.

Mr. Bhutto Zardari asserted that people should be treated equally, and every Muslim believes in Jesus Christ, adding it was not a national prayer event but a global prayer event.

Electricity thieves have been recouped for Rs. 146.64 billion since September 2023.

There have been more than 115,280 arrests.

Just in the last week, 174 electrical thieves were caught and Rs. 970 million was recovered.

The goal of the authorities is to eradicate electricity theft across the country.
