Deputy PM of Russia calls army chief

They had a good conversation on topics of shared interest, the dynamics of regional security, and bilateral collaboration in a variety of industries throughout the meeting.

Pakistan’s dedication to cultivating long-standing defense relations with Russia was reaffirmed by the COAS. The determination to enhance security and defense cooperation across all domains was reiterated by both parties.

The dignitary in attendance expressed admiration for the Pakistan Armed Forces’ unwavering efforts to advance peace and stability in the area as well as their critical role in the fight against terrorism.
Earlier on Wednesday, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Overchuk and Deputy Prime Minister (DPM) and Foreign Minister Senator Ishaq Dar had delegation-level meetings.

The two parties acknowledged the positive momentum in Pakistan-Russian relations over the past 20 years and talked about the full range of bilateral cooperation, according to a press release from the Foreign Office.

Russia and Pakistan have decided to continue their active communication and collaboration in the fields of commerce, industry, energy, connectivity, science, technology, and education.

Mansehra Archaeological Site: 2800-Year-Old Artefacts Discovered Through Excavation

Experts from Hazara University’s Archaeology department have found artefacts in Mansehra’s Kander Bedadi Village that date back about 2800 years.

Under Dr. Shakirullah’s guidance, the excavation process was completed.

The site has yielded historical and cultural artefacts from the Indo-Greek to the British Colonial Period, covering five generations.

A unique look into the region’s multi-layered history, encompassing the Indo-Greek, Parthian, Kushan, Hindu Imperial, early Islamic, and British eras, is offered by the finds.

Iron tools, clay figures, human and animal sculptures, copper coins, and pearls are among the artefacts that were unearthed.

Funded by the Higher Education Commission and the British Council, the project intends to increase awareness of the value of international collaborations in promoting archaeological research, conserving artefacts, and learning more about the site’s historical significance.
