Drive to Plant Trees

On the orders of Deputy Commissioner Dr. Shahzad Mehboob and Commissioner Muhammad Abid Khan Wazir of the Malakand Division, a massive plantation drive was started at Swat University in Charbagh.

Under the direction of Assistant Commissioner Charbagh Muhammad Yar Khan, the project intends to prevent climate change and encourage environmental conservation by planting thousands of trees throughout the area.

The drive, which includes active participation from Swat University’s Vice-Chancellor, Faculty, Students, and Civil Society Representatives, will see over a million trees planted in the Charbagh Subdivision, including the Malam Jabba area.

AC Charbagh Muhammad Yar Khan stressed the importance of the initiative for securing a greener future.

Ten Khwarij were killed by security forces in the broad Bagh area of Khyber District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, following an intelligence-based operation.

ISPR claims that ten Khwarij were consigned to hell as a result of own troops successfully engaging the Khwarij site during the operation.
