Recognizing the tenacity of women in the face of adversity and their unyielding dedication to attaining equality and justice, the Resolution was proposed by Shahida Rehmani on the occasion of the national day for women.
Mather-e-Millat Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah, Begum Ra’ana Liaquat Ali Khan, and Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Shaheed were honored by the women’s Parliamentary Caucus, and the group expressed their hope for a future in which every woman in Pakistan will be able to flourish without fear.
