Malaysia’s Foreign Minister Haji Mohamad Bin Haji Hasan spoke with Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar over the phone.

In light of the recent floods and heavy rains that have caused devastating loss of life and property in Malaysia, the Deputy Prime Minister expressed his sincere condolences.

During this trying moment, he expressed Pakistan’s complete solidarity with the people of Malaysia and its willingness to provide prompt humanitarian aid.

It was also decided that the two nations’ disaster relief authorities should be encouraged to keep talking about humanitarian aid from Pakistan.

Beginning today, the PM will go to Uzbekistan for a two-day official visit.
