Under the Special Investment Facilitation Council, the Green Pakistan Initiative has made great strides in the agricultural sector in Cholistan.
The ‘Central Pivot System’ has been adopted to increase water efficiency and conservation. In order to increase productivity, efforts are still being made to provide farmers with cutting-edge agricultural technology.
“GPI is a game-changer for Cholistan, improving agriculture through corporate farming, high-quality seeds, and farmers’ dedication,” said Hadiqa Habib, assistant research officer at GPI.
Abdul Latif highlighted the central pivot system’s significance in land cultivation and water management while praising it for its contribution to successful crop production.
In order to improve agricultural results, Syed Naqi Gulzar pointed out that GPI offers state-of-the-art laboratory equipment for soil and water analysis.
The SIFC’s Green Pakistan mission is still dedicated to restoring desolate areas andstrengthening the Agricultural sector.
