Armaghan, a key witness and the accused’s employee in the Mustafa Amir murder case, acknowledged Shiraz and Armaghan in court.

Key witness Ghulam Mustafa’s statement was recorded during the hearing at the Judicial Magistrate South Court in Karachi.

According to the witness’s testimony, they opened the door for a child who arrived at approximately nine o’clock on the evening of January 6. He could not see the boy’s face, but he was dressed in pants and a jacket.

An hour and a half later, they heard two or three gunshots, followed by yelling and foul language. He and his partner left the room together. Around noon, they awoke after saying the Fajr prayer to discover Armaghan and his companion there. Upstairs was off limits to them.

The bungalow was raided by the authorities a few days later. After hiding in their room, they finally departed. They were taken into custody by the police on the 10th when they went back to the bungalow to retrieve their possessions.

The employee of Armaghan testified in court that they had been honest with the police about everything. When the police brought them to the bungalow that same evening, they pointed out bloodstains. After bringing them to the station and obtaining their mobile numbers, the cops let them go. But later on, they got a call from the police asking them to come back.

Lastly, the witness was questioned by the court if the accused were in the courtroom. Ghulam Mustafa responded by naming Shiraz and Armaghan as the defendants.
