Islamabad’s Federal Board releases the 2024 matric results.

The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education has released the official results for the 9th and 10th grades. The total pass rate for the matriculation exams is an astounding 88.20%, while the pass rate for the ninth grade is 58.71%.

Highest achievers in the Science Group

Zabadia Naseem has achieved the highest score of 1087 marks in the matriculation Part 2 Science Group, demonstrating exceptional performance. Hijab Fatima soon followed and achieved the second position with a score of 1085 marks. Mushtaq Shahbaz and Fatima Wajid both achieved 1084 marks, resulting in a tie for the third position.

On July 9, the Lahore Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education released the results of the matriculation exams, which is a major achievement for more than 250,000 students.

The Controller of Examinations, Zahid Mian, shared comprehensive information on the results. He stated that out of the total of 250,000 students who took the exam, 174,000 passed satisfactorily, resulting in an overall pass rate of 69.75%.

Analysis of Findings Science Cohort

73.91% of students achieved a passing grade.
The success percentage among female pupils was significantly high, with 80% of girls successfully passing the tests.
