Newly appointed federal cabinet members’ portfolios

On Friday, the newly appointed federal ministers, advisers, and special assistants were given their portfolios.

The announcement regarding the portfolio distribution was released by the Cabinet Division. According to the statement, Ali Pervaiz Malik was named the federal minister for petroleum, and Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhry was chosen as the federal minister for legislative affairs.

Khalid Magsi will lead the Ministry of Science and Technology, while Aurangzeb Khan Khichi has been named the federal minister for national heritage. Railways Minister Hanif Abbasi has been appointed.

Muhammad Junaid Anwar will serve as the federal minister for maritime affairs, while Muhammad Mueen Watoo has been named the federal minister for water resources.

Sardar Muhammad Yousaf has been given the ministry of religious affairs, while Muhammad Raza Hayat Haraj has been given the responsibility of the ministry of defense production.

The new federal minister of information technology and telecommunications is Shaza Fatima Khawaja.

Syed Mustafa Kamal has been assigned to the Ministry of Health, and Rana Mubashar Iqbal will serve as the federal minister for the Public Affairs Unit. The new minister of food security and research is Rashid Ahmad Khan.

The Public Affairs Unit has been added to Abdul Rehman Kanju’s responsibilities as the new minister of state for power. Aqeel Malik has been named the minister of state for law and justice, while Bilal Azhar Kayani has been named the minister of state for railways.

Aoun Chaudhry will serve as the Minister of State for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Development, and Khail Das Kohistani has been named the Minister of State for Religious Affairs.
