Pakistan and Iran Sign Memorandum of Understanding to Enhance Bilateral Trade Targeting $10 Billion

Pakistan and Iran have executed a Memorandum of Understanding, establishing a bilateral trade objective of 10 billion dollars.
The Memorandum of Understanding was executed during a High-Level Meeting between the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry and Iran’s Mashhad Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
During the meeting, Iran also assured Pakistan of Reducing Business Visa Fees and facilitating Trade Activities.
Bilateral trade between Iran and Pakistan increased during the last fiscal year, reaching 2.8 billion dollars.
The nation’s business environment is enhancing due to the Special Investment Facilitation Council, creating new opportunities for trade and investment.
