Pakistan saw a 1.30 percent weekly increase in inflation.

Inflation in Pakistan reached 23.3% annually, based on PBS statistics. 19 basic goods saw price increases over the previous week, according to the data.

The cost of eight basic goods decreased, but the cost of twenty-four other goods did not change.

Items such as chicken, beans, eggs, beef, bananas, mutton, potatoes, yogurt, onion, red chilies, garlic, and others saw increases in their average costs week over week.

The PBS data indicates that the SPI was 309.91 points for the week ending June 308.52 points for the previous week.

In the review week, there was a 21.69 percent increase in the SPI for the combined consumption group compared to the same week that year.

17 urban centers and 51 necessary items for all spending groups are covered by the weekly SPI, which has a base year of 2015–16 = 100.
