Police detain primary suspect Armaghan’s father in the Mustafa Amir case and seize drugs

The father of Armaghan, the main suspect in the murder case of Mustafa Amir, was taken into custody by the police on Thursday. Additionally, drugs were found in his hands.

The Karachi Anti-Violence Crime Cell and Crime Investigation Agency reportedly detained Kamran Qureshi.

Drugs and illicit firearms were also found in the suspect’s hands by the authorities.

Under the provisions pertaining to unlawful firearm and drug possession, a case has been filed against the defendant.

According to the police, Kamran Qureshi was taken into custody during a crackdown on drug dealers in Khayaban-e-Momin, Defence phase V.

Police said they discovered a 9mm pistol, ammunition, and 200 grammes of ice from the suspect.

In Karachi, Mustafa Amir was ruthlessly murdered, allegedly by his friend Armaghan.

According to the authorities, a quarrel between two acquaintances led to the murder.

Armaghan killed the young man to settle a personal score, according to Sheraz, one of the individuals police had previously arrested. Additionally, a girl was allegedly implicated in the horrific killing of Mustafa, a 24-year-old man.

On January 6, Armaghan summoned Mustafa to his house on false pretences and beat him for three hours with an iron rod. Police cited Sheraz as saying that he later placed him in the trunk of his car and proceeded to Hub, Balochistan.

In order to enhance the regulatory environment and promote commerce, the event will encourage communication between the public and private sectors.

“European companies are recognizing Pakistan as a potential business destination,” said EU Ambassador Dr. Riina Kionka.

The EU-Pakistan business network, which will bring together the more than 300 European companies operating in Pakistan, will also be launched during the business event.

ECNEC: Meeting Authorizes Development Projects Totaling Rs. 1.27 Trillion

13 development projects totaling 1,275.714 billion rupees were approved by ECNEC in important areas such as public infrastructure, transportation, communications, railroads, and space technology.

The national economic council’s executive committee met under the direction of Senator Ishaq Dar, the deputy prime minister and foreign minister.

The committee also approved flood repair projects in Sindh to rebuild vital infrastructure and economic transformation projects in Gilgit-Baltistan to reduce poverty.

The purchase of high-capacity wagons and passenger coaches by Pakistan Railways, the Pakistan optical remote sensing satellite project, and a number of major road projects to improve connectivity were among the major approvals.
