Renegotiated Agreements With Eight IPPs to Lower Power Bills: Information Minister

A resolution commemorating the 77th anniversary of India’s occupation of Jammu and Kashmir was overwhelmingly approved by the National Assembly, which also reaffirmed its support for the Kashmiri people’s fight for their right to self-determination.

Atta Ullah Tarar, the minister of information, stated during question time that the government has successfully renegotiated agreements with eight IPPs, which will significantly lower power bills.
