A Special Meeting on Drug Use in Educational Institutions was led by Mohsin Naqvi, Federal Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control.
Major General Abdul Moeed, Director General of the Anti-Norcotics Force, conducted a nationwide crackdown on drugs in educational institutions, which was praised by the Minister.
“The crackdown on the drug mafia, especially those who sell ice to students, should continue,” he stated.
He stated that in order to increase drug smuggling, strict measures should be implemented at borders and airports.
Regardless of the drug traffickers’ connections or methods, the ANF should take harsh action against them.
The Minister said that despite Limited Resources, ANF’s performance is commendable against Drug Mafia.
