Pakistan has demanded urgent humanitarian aid for Yemen and dialogue at the UN Security Council.
Delivering a Statement during the UN Security Council briefing on Yemen, Pakistan’s Permanent representative to the un Ambassador Munir Akram expressed grave concern on the deepening crisis in Yemen, which is resulting in Severe Humanitarian, Political, economic and environmental consequences.
In order to effectively execute the peace agreements, he urged all sides to the conflict to keep their end of the bargain.
He emphasized the necessity for an inclusive, all-encompassing, and long-lasting conflict resolution and reiterated Pakistan’s unwavering support for the unled peace process.
