USA captain warns Pakistan and India following Canada’s win

Having defeated Canada in the opening match of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024, USA captain Monank Patel has sent a strong warning to Pakistan and India.

The United States of America, the West Indies’ co-hosting nation, was scheduled to chase 195 against Canada with 14 balls remaining, a feat accomplished with the help of Aaron Jones.

After scoring 94 runs off of 40 balls, the right-handed batter entertained the crowd with ten sixes. He also crossed four lines.

The USA captain was pleased with the team’s dominant performance and expressed his gratitude for Jones after the game.

We did a great job in the bat. We lost two wickets in our pursuit, but Jones was outstanding, so Canada was ahead of us. After the game, Patel stated, “We always knew he was talented, but he took it to another level.”

The USA will continue to play brave cricket in the face of opposition, he warned, before issuing a warning to Pakistan and India.

“We proceeded to play brave cricket in the forthcoming matches. Our brand of cricket will not change, regardless of India or Pakistan, according to Patel.

In Dallas on June 6 and New York on June 12, the USA will play India and Pakistan.
