When Shehbaz and Nawaz greet Modi, the Indian leader reciprocates.

Only one day after Narendra Modi took the oath of office as India’s prime minister for the third time, the leaders of Pakistan and India have greeted and expressed gratitude to one another.

In tweets on social media, Shehbaz Sharif, the prime minister of Pakistan, and his elder brother, Nawaz Sharif, the former prime minister three times, congratulated Modi within hours of one another. In reaction to the election results from across the border, Pakistan initially took this action.

“The people’s faith in your leadership is demonstrated by your party’s recent electoral win. Nawaz wrote in one post, “Let us replace hate with hope and seize the opportunity to shape the destiny of the two billion people of South Asia.”

“Indian people always stood for peace, security, and progressive ideas,” Modi retorted. Our first objective will always be to advance our people’s security and well-being.

In his first coalition government, Modi is reliant on regional parties for support, having lost his outright majority after winning a third term that broke records.

Mansehra Archaeological Site: 2800-Year-Old Artefacts Discovered Through Excavation

Experts from Hazara University’s Archaeology department have found artefacts in Mansehra’s Kander Bedadi Village that date back about 2800 years.

Under Dr. Shakirullah’s guidance, the excavation process was completed.

The site has yielded historical and cultural artefacts from the Indo-Greek to the British Colonial Period, covering five generations.

A unique look into the region’s multi-layered history, encompassing the Indo-Greek, Parthian, Kushan, Hindu Imperial, early Islamic, and British eras, is offered by the finds.

Iron tools, clay figures, human and animal sculptures, copper coins, and pearls are among the artefacts that were unearthed.

Funded by the Higher Education Commission and the British Council, the project intends to increase awareness of the value of international collaborations in promoting archaeological research, conserving artefacts, and learning more about the site’s historical significance.
