A bus accident in Iran has left the Prime Minister in mourning over the deaths of Pakistani pilgrims.

In response to the tragic news that Pakistani pilgrims were killed in a bus accident that occurred in southern Iran on Sunday night, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has expressed his sorrow.

He urged Pakistan’s embassy in Iran to cooperate with the family members of the deceased and make arrangements for the timely repatriation of dead bodies. He also prayed for the souls of those who had passed away and families who had suffered a loss.

In addition to this, he instructed the embassy to provide medical attention and safety for those who had been hurt.

When a truck collided with a bus that was carrying Pakistani pilgrims, fifty-eight people were injured and at least three people were murdered.

More than a week ago, there was a bus accident in Yazd city, Iran, that resulted in the deaths of 28 Pakistani pilgrims. This is the second tragedy that has occurred on the route that has involved Pakistani pilgrims.
