According to Federal Minister for Privatisation Abdul Aleem Khan, in order to enhance safety and rescue operations on motorways and GT Roads, the National Highway Authority should submit accident data on a daily basis.
In order to assist those injured in traffic accidents, he recommended that a helicopter service be started in partnership with 1122.
He stated that citizens should have the highest level of safety on motorways and GT Roads. It is important to adhere to both short- and long-term policies in order to enhance the National Highway Authority.
The Minister stated that in order for the National Highway Authority to achieve financial stability over the next five years, a business plan and action plan must be created.
