KARACHI: An 11-year-old child died in the city’s New Karachi Sector 11-J neighbourhood after what seemed to be a fight between two political groups.

Two days ago, an 11-year-old youngster was harmed in an incident involving major political party personnel, according to police authorities.

Following the event, the uncle of the dead kid filed a complaint, and the police launched many raids at different places in an attempt to capture the suspects.

Abdul Rahman, age 11, passed away from his wounds in the hospital; nevertheless, no one has been taken into custody as of yet, even though two incidents have been reported.

Mohammad Yousuf, a PPP employee, said in the FIR that he and other workers were seated in the election office at 10:45 PM when 15 to 20 MQM workers entered and started indiscriminate fire with the purpose to murder him.

The PPP employee said that Abdul Rahman and his companion were hurt during the fire and that they were sent to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital right away to receive treatment.
