Information reveals that the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Election Commission has issued an arrest order for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s proposed chief minister due to a transgression of the code of conduct.

According to the warrant, the PTI leader broke the rule of conduct and insulted the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Election Commission.

In NA-44 DI Khan, a National Assembly seat, the independent candidate backed by the PTI was victorious over Fazl-ur-Rehman.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur was appointed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder on Tuesday.

During his informal media appearance during his prison trial in Adiala, where he is being detained, the former prime minister made this announcement.

“Ali Amin Gandapur is the new chief minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa; there is still disagreement over the name of the prime minister,” the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) was cited as saying.

His political career started in 2013 when he was elected as a Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party member to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Provincial Assembly.
