The acquittal petitions of PTI founder Bushra Bibi and his wife, PTI, in the 190 million pound reference have been scheduled for hearing by the Islamabad High Court.
The case will be heard tomorrow by Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb and Chief Justice Aamir Farooq.
The trial court was prevented by the Islamabad High Court from rendering a final judgment on the matter.
The acquittal appeals of Bushra Bibi and the founder of the PTI were denied by the Accountability Court.
Both defendants have appealed the Accountability Court’s ruling to the Islamabad High Court.
