The “My Punjab Smog Free” campaign has brought the Leadership Development Internship Program for Environment Protection to life, according to Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz.
She revealed that the proposed twenty-five thousand rupee monthly internship stipend would be increased to sixty thousand rupees during her speech at the Lahore launch ceremony.
According to the Chief Minister, young people should be given jobs once their internships are over.
She stated that Punjab is introducing e-cabs and electric buses to improve the environment.
The Climate Resilient Program & Action Plan, Smog Helpline 1373, Smog Mitigation Program, and Green Punjab App were also launched by the Chief Minister.
