According to Dost Mohammad, the District Police Officer (DPO), fifty-five dacoits who were members of the Bannu and Fayyaz Dulani gangs turned themselves in to the authorities.
During the Rojhan city operation, the DPO said, the police demolished a number of dacoits’ hideouts in the Katcha area.
In a combined operation last week in the province’s Katcha district, Sindh Rangers and police detained 21 people who were allegedly involved in a number of criminal operations.
A spokesman for the Sindh Rangers said that the accused individuals who were detained were sought in numerous crimes involving robbery, kidnapping for ransom, murder, and attempted murder.
The official stated that the accused who were arrested were also responsible for the death of Allah Rakhyo, a teacher, and that the police had been given custody of them so that they might face charges.
The Rangers claim that the gang operates illegally in Kashmore, Tangwani, and Kandhkot.
