In Islamabad, the Minister met with Florence Rolle, the Representative of the World Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) in Pakistan. During the meeting, the Minister mentioned that the Government has initiated various programmes to assist farmers.
Rana Tanveer Hussain emphasised the necessity of providing instruction to farmers in order to enhance their competence in cultivating contemporary crops.
The FAO envoy reaffirmed his dedication to maintaining collaboration with Pakistan in the agricultural sector.
