If there is a complainant, the Lahore High Court (LHC) Chief Justice Aaliya Neelum says the court will take up the matter regarding the occurrence at the private college.
During the trial of Azma Bokhari’s lawsuit against phoney social media videos, LHC CJ made these statements.
It was said by CJ Neelum that men shouldn’t be seen during study hours in women’s institutions and universities. To supervise such instances, she called in the FIA DG.
CJ stated that this case and others pertaining to harassment at educational institutions would be heard by her.
Fake news has far-reaching consequences, according to Justice Neelum.
According to attorney Azhar Siddique, journalists were also charged in several cases by the FIA. According to CJ Neelum, the court would consider the case legally.
