Four terrorists killed in operations in Balochistan, KP

Security personnel killed three terrorists in an intelligence-based operation in Mir Ali and the adjoining districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Sources stated security forces targeted hideouts of terrorists linked to Fitna al-Khawarij in Mir Ali and neighboring areas. The operation led to the killing of three militants and recovery of a considerable quantity of weapons and ammunition from their possession.

Security forces carried out an operation against militants named Fitna al-Hindustan in Balochistan in a separate operation under Operation Radd-ul-Fitna 3.

Security sources said the operation was conducted at Mal Madrasa in Surab district on tip-off that terrorists were present between Mal Madrasa and Batigo.

Sources reported that one terrorist was killed in the operation and firearms and a motorcycle were retrieved from the spot.

Security forces claimed they are committed to keeping peace and order in Balochistan and eliminating terrorists.

Earlier, security forces killed seven militants in separate operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan.

An intelligence-based operation in Bara, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, killed five militants of “Fitna al-Hindustan”. The operation demolished the militants’ hideouts and the weapons and ammunition were confiscated, the sources claimed.

Under Operation Radd-ul-Fitna 3, security forces killed two militants in an operation in Naukcha region of Chagai district in Balochistan, sources said.
