Haroonabad accident kills one, injures three
— A two-motorcycle crash on Faqirwali Road here on Sunday left one dead and three injured.
The accident was caused by excessive speed. The wounded and dead were carried to the hospital. Police and rescuers were contacted and rushed to the scene of the accident and began investigating.
A common cause of deadly accidents is reckless driving and high speed of motorcycles. Hundreds of bikers and riders are killed by reckless driving. The traffic police are stringent in implementation of the laws and impose large fines to discourage irresponsible driving, especially in Punjab.
