High Commissioner Tipu Usman meets Pakistani media persons in London
– High Commissioner Tipu Usman held an introductory meeting with representatives of Pakistani media houses working in London.
He praised the positive role of Pakistani media in the UK during Marka-e-Haq that kept the diaspora informed on important issues.
Tipu reiterated that the Pakistan High Commission, London, remains committed to working closely with Pakistani media representatives to enhance outreach about initiatives and reforms that will facilitate the Pakistani diaspora in the UK.
Media representatives greeted Tipu Usman on assuming his position as High Commissioner.
During the interactive session, media representatives put forward various suggestions for improving outreach to the diaspora and the welfare of the Pakistani community residing across the UK.
