IBO In Dera Ismail Khan: The Elimination of Two High Value Terrorists

In response to reports of terrorist activity, security forces in the Dera Ismail Khan District carried out an intelligence-based operation.

High value target and terrorist ring commander Ashraf Sheikh, along with terrorist Burhan Ullah, were condemned to hell as a consequence of the fierce gunfight that broke out between our forces and terrorists during the operation.

From the terrorists who were murdered, weapons, ammo, and explosives were also found. These individuals were still actively engaged in a number of terrorist acts, including the murder of innocent bystanders.

Security personnel are carrying out a sanitization operation to get rid of any further terrorists that may be present. The locals have expressed gratitude for the operation and their unwavering support in ending the threat posed by terrorists.

Law Minister Azam Nazir Tarar stressed that, as a result of the modified Election Act, independent candidates must formally join any political party within three days of winning polls. This procedure is now irreversible.

The Law Minister announced two changes to the Election Act during a press conference in Islamabad. He also mentioned that Sections 104-A and 66 of the Election Act have not been taken into consideration in the comprehensive ruling.

He stated that despite the Supreme Court’s comprehensive ruling, a number of problems remain unresolved.

The law minister stated that the independent candidates resolved their legal issues by joining the Sunni Ittehad Council and that PTI was not a party in the Election Commission, Pehsawar High Court, or the Supreme Court.
