The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder moved the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) to request bail in 12 instances pertaining to the May 9 riots.
According to the petition, founder PTI was always in judicial remand and had not made any form of recovery.
ATC should grant the bail request following the arrest, according to the plea.
Regarding the Jinnah House attack case, among other instances, the PTI founder has urged for his release.
