Washington and Tehran are very close to reaching an agreement, according to President Donald Trump of the United States of America, who stated that Iran has promised him that it would not build nuclear weapons or purchase an atomic bomb.

In a conversation with a TV channel in the United States, he issued a warning that if Iran was not able to reach a satisfactory agreement, it might be necessary to conduct another military action.

In addition to stating that “otherwise it would not be a good deal,” he stated that the United States was gaining what it desired from Iran and was refraining from hurrying the process.

Trump also asserted that “all the cards are in the hands of the United States of America.”

The Strait of Hormuz was supposed to be reopened, as he had stated earlier on Friday, but he then stated that it would be opened once the agreement was legally signed. According to him, Iran’s military, navy, and air force have all suffered significant damage, and he also asserted that Iran is currently in a very vulnerable position.

As an argument that the Strait of Hormuz might be reopened immediately after a deal is finalised, Trump stated that he would prefer a negotiated agreement over a fight.

Despite the fact that conversations were taking a long time and that Iranian negotiators had taken a firm stance, he stated that the United States was looking for long-term results rather than a hasty accord. Trump went on to say that the United States had attacked Iran’s military leadership as well as other strategic facilities, but that they had not done away with Iran’s military capabilities entirely.

Trump asserts that the lessons learned from previous wars demonstrated that the deconstruction of a nation’s whole state system could result in instability over the long term. He stated that a different strategy had been taken this time with the intention of fostering future regional stability. He specifically referred to previous experiences that had been experienced in Iraq.
