The head of Jamiat-e-Ulema Islam-Fazl (JUI-F), Maulana Fazlur Rehman, doesn’t seem to be impressed with the government coalition’s negotiation team’s efforts to get the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) to join the upcoming government in the Centre.
The team’s faces were down as they left Maulana Fazlur Rehman’s house since not a single one of Maulana Fazlur Rehman’s representatives spoke to the media with the leaders of the Muslim League-N and the coalition parties.
The freshly elected members of the JUI National Assembly will take the oath of office tomorrow. Maulana Fazlur Rehman is asked by the coalition party leaders to support elections for the Speaker, Deputy Speaker, and President.
