The head of the PML-N questioned the validity of the elections, alleging that results pertaining to all political parties’ candidates had been manipulated.

Javed Latif stated, “Today, not me or any political party, but the state has been defamed.” He was referring to the news conference when Pir Pagara, also known as Pir Sibghatullah Shah Rashidi, declared he would not recognise the results of the most recent general elections.

In reference to his loss, Latif stated that he had received notification 15–20 days prior that a “cross has been made on my name”. “It’s time to stop calling people winners and losers,” he insisted.

Khurram Shahzad Virk, an independent supported by the PTI, garnered 130,255 votes to win the National Assembly constituency NA-115, Sheikhupura III. His unofficial results show that Javed Latif, with 94,144 votes, came in second.

He remarked, in response to a query, that because he lost the election, his view would now be irrelevant. But he believed that Nawaz Sharif wasn’t the right person to be prime minister. He asserted, “Nawaz Sharif would not become prime minister for a fourth time, because such an environment was being created for him.”
