Kamran Tessori, the Governor of Sindh, has directed K-Electric to abstain from carrying out power outages in the vicinity of Imambargahs during the initial ten days of Muharram.

Governor Kamran Khan Tessori highlighted the significance of enabling peaceful religious practices in a formal declaration.

He claimed that any occurrence of load-shedding during this critical period could disturb the solemnity of Muharram ceremonies.

The governor expressed his determination, affirming that he would personally stage a demonstration outside K Electric’s headquarters in the event of any disturbances.

When asked about his role, Governor Tessori emphasized his dedication to serving the public rather than engaging in political tactics.

He emphasized the importance of solidarity in tackling societal issues, emphasizing that economic resilience is essential for overcoming present difficulties.
