While traveling through Indian airspace, the aircraft encountered a technical issue while departing from Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Aviation sources stated that the pilot phoned the Air Traffic Controller (ATC) Karachi and requested permission to land when the plane experienced a technical malfunction in Indian airspace.
“The cargo aircraft is at Karachi Airport; an inspection is currently underway,” the statement stated.
