Khurram Ali, director general of the NCCIA, was selected by Ali Nasir Rizvi to lead the National Police Bureau.
With immediate effect, Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi has been named Director General of the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA).
Additionally, a notification designating Captain (retd) Sohail Chaudhry as Inspector General of Islamabad Police was released by the Establishment Division.
Syed Khurram Ali has been named Director General of the National Police Bureau (NPB), when he was waiting for a new assignment at the Establishment Division.
The notification states that Khurram Ali’s appointment will go into effect right now and last until further directives are given. He is a member of the Pakistan Police Service (PSP).
Ali Nasir Rizvi, who has been selected to lead the NCCIA, will be replaced as Islamabad Inspector General by Captain (r) Sohail Chaudhry.
