At a meeting held on the fringes of an unusual meeting of the OIC executive committee in Jeddah, Malaysian counterpart Dato’ Seri Utama Haji Mohamad Bin Haji Hasan, who is also the deputy prime minister and foreign minister, stated a firm resolve.
Both parties acknowledged at a meeting the strong cooperation in a range of disciplines and the excellent trajectory of bilateral relations.
Both foreign ministers reiterated their commitment to the OIC’s goals of solidarity, cooperation, and mutual support, highlighting the organization as a crucial forum for promoting communication and collaboration among member nations.
In order to create a coordinated response to new global concerns, they also emphasized the necessity of cooperative efforts.
