Following his defeat in the constituency, Nawaz Sharif contested Shahzada Gustasap’s victory notification from NA-15, claiming in his plea that Form 45 of the 125 polling stations of the NA-15, Mansehra constituency, was not issued. The results of all polling stations in the constituency are unofficial and unconfirmed, and Shahzada Gustasap Khan, supported by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, emerged victorious with 105,249 votes.
According to Sharif’s attorney, the Kala Dhakka constituency is extremely backward, and the snowfall in the area has interfered with communication.
