Trade, investment, and technical collaboration are just a few of the areas in which Pakistan and Turkiye are strengthening their partnership, as stated by Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb.

During his goodbye courtesy call in Islamabad today, he was speaking with Mehmet Paçaci, the ambassador of the Republic of Turkiye.

The Finance Minister stated that new opportunities for collaboration in the fields of energy, agriculture, infrastructure, and technology were explored thanks to the Turkish Trade Delegation’s recent visit to Pakistan.

An important step toward reaching the five billion dollar bilateral trade target was highlighted during the meeting with the signing of the trade in products agreement 2022.

A greater number of business-to-business (B2B) and government-to-government (G2G) agreements are required to expand trade and investment, as both parties emphasized.

Turkiye will remain committed to pursuing the shared objectives of both countries, the ambassador promised.
