Pakistanis living abroad can use the London High Commission’s direct digital Punjab property transfer service.
– The Pakistan High Commission in London has announced that a direct digital property transfer service for properties in Punjab is now available at the mission, in line with the prime minister’s vision of improving facilities for overseas Pakistanis and expanding the scope of consular services.
In a statement posted on X, the High Commission said the new system enables overseas Pakistanis to transfer property without requiring a power of attorney, third-party representative, or agent.
It said the entire property transfer process is carried out through a secure digital system, making the procedure more transparent, efficient, faster, and cost-effective.
According to the High Commission, the facility also eliminates the need for overseas Pakistanis to travel to Pakistan solely for property transfers, resulting in significant savings in both time and expenses.
The statement added that the digital transfer of property belonging to Mr Fazal and his family has been successfully completed under the new system, demonstrating the effectiveness of the initiative.
The Pakistan High Commission in London reaffirmed its commitment to facilitating overseas Pakistanis by providing every possible assistance in the direct digital transfer of their properties.
