Another major achievement and flagship project of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, according to Minister of Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal, is the recently constructed Gwadar International Airport, which China gave to Pakistan.
The Planning Minister expressed optimism that this airport will grow into a major air transportation hub and a point of entry for connecting various regions in a media conference held in Beijing.
The airport is ready to open and will serve as a symbol of the friendship between China and Pakistan, he said.
