Shehbaz Sharif, the prime minister, has once again offered the opposition a helping hand by proposing a conversation to work out differences and agree on an economic charter.
As stated by the Prime Minister in a statement to the National Assembly, the Government does not intend to malign any politicians.
Politicians, he claimed, appear unwilling to confront one another because of the extreme political divisions that currently exist.
The prime minister recalled how, in his capacity as leader of the opposition, he had invited the previous PTI government to collaborate on a charter of economy, but the Treasury benches had reacted angrily with sloganeering.
Shehbaz Sharif expressed sorrow over the fact that, while the PTI was in power, he was not only refused access to his mother’s funeral but also legal justice.
