To guarantee perfect security for the SCO conference in 2024, the Islamabad police claim to have a thorough and integrated security strategy.

All locations, airports, roads, funnel regions, hotels, and delegation members’ homes, including Noor Khan Air Base, have finalized security plans, according to Inspector General of Police Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi of Islamabad.

To minimize disruption to the public, the IGP stated that a thorough and integrated traffic plan has been issued.

Security duty is being performed by about 9,000 Islamabad Police officers and officials.
