In Islamabad, the premier chaired a review meeting on help supplied by Pakistan to Beirut and Gaza and ordered the despatch of two planes to deliver aid to people in Gaza and Lebanon.
Along with air delivery, he noted, trucks should also be used to transport goods over land routes.
Prime Ministers have instructed Pakistani ambassadors stationed in Palestine, Lebanon, Jordan, and Egypt to enhance the distribution of relief supplies and guarantee that the aid reaches the people who deserve it.
He made a plea to Pakistanis, particularly the rich, to actively contribute to the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund for Lebanon and Gaza.

It was explained to the gathering that Pakistan is sending tents, clothing, blankets, food, medicine, and drinking water to its brothers and sisters in Gaza and Lebanon who are impacted by the Israeli attack.
It is difficult for the impacted areas of Palestine and Lebanon to obtain relief supplies because of Israeli bombings and sieges.
The NGOs which want to send relief goods for the victims of Gaza and Lebanon will be provided facilities by the Government of Pakistan regarding the delivery of relief goods.
