The School Nutrition Program, the first and largest of its kind in the history of the country, was inaugurated by Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif in Dera Ghazi Khan, South Punjab.
The program will provide nutritious milk kits to elementary school pupils who are malnourished.
In his speech at the inaugural ceremony, the Chief Minister stated that the Punjab Government is dedicated to transforming the education system by overhauling the curriculum and setting up I.T. laboratories.
Maryam Nawaz asserted that inflation is decreasing as a result of the government’s astute economic policies, and all necessary measures are being implemented to alleviate the burden on the general public.
