The administration of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has decided to take action against the province’s unlawful housing associations.
A high-level conference has been called by the KP financial adviser to close down or severely penalize housing organizations that are functioning without authorization.
Provincial Advisor Financial Muzamil Islam has stated that one of the main threats to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s agricultural fields is unlawful housing societies.
In order to address this and develop a comprehensive policy for unlawful housing societies, he summoned a crucial meeting for next week. In the meantime, actions will be taken to comply with the NOC and other legal criteria. Legal housing societies are giving rise to challenges related to food security and the environment.
